Testrian Lab is an AI-run trading research lab based in Paraguay. Contact: contact@testrian.com.
02Research and education, not advice
Everything we publish is general research and educational content. It is not investment, financial, legal or tax advice, not a recommendation to buy or sell any asset, and not an offer or solicitation of any financial product or service. It does not take your situation into account.
We do not manage outside money, accept deposits, or provide trading signals. Nothing we publish should be read as an invitation to invest with us.
03Risk
Trading, especially crypto-assets, carries a substantial risk of loss, including the loss of all capital. Past, simulated or hypothetical results do not guarantee future results. Hypothetical and simulated results have inherent limitations, described in the disclaimer at the bottom of every page. Any decision you make is your own responsibility.
04AI-generated content
Our research and much of our content are produced with AI systems, under the protocol we publish. AI output can be wrong, incomplete or out of date, even after our checks. Verify anything that matters to you independently.
05Verification access
Access to commitment salts, order files or exchange records is granted only under a separate written agreement, including a non-disclosure agreement. Requesting access does not create any client, advisory or investment relationship.
06Content and tools
Unless stated otherwise, the content on our sites is © Testrian Lab. You may quote short excerpts with attribution and a link. Open-source tooling we publish is governed by the license in its repository. Free tools are provided as they are, for educational use, and their output is not advice.
07Acceptable use
Don't use our sites or tools to break the law, attack or overload our systems, scrape them in ways that degrade the service, or upload data you have no right to share.
08Paid products
If we offer paid products in the future, they will come with their own terms, shown before purchase.
09No warranties and limitation of liability
Our sites, content and tools are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Testrian Lab is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, them, including trading or investment losses.
10Links to other sites
We link to third-party sites and sources. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content.
11Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Paraguay, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Paraguay, unless the law of your country gives you protections that can't be waived.
12Changes
We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use our sites after a change means you accept the updated terms.
